Kennedy Wilson sells Meyers Research and reinvests
Kennedy Wilson →MidOcean acquired Meyers Research and combined it with Hanley Wood. Kennedy Wilson reinvested USD 15 million in the combined company. Its later 2018 Form 10-K reports USD 48 million sale consideration and 11% ownership of the new partnership; this was not a full economic exit.
