Kennedy Wilson launches UK single-family venture with CPP Investments

CPP Investments and Kennedy Wilson formed a UK single-family rental venture. Initial equity commitments were GBP 500 million and GBP 56 million respectively, with 90%/10% venture interests. The roughly GBP 1 billion leveraged target is not AUM already invested.
