Kennedy Wilson completed its combination with Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate plc. The 2017 Form 10-K reports purchase of the remaining 76% stake for USD 1.4 billion, including share consideration. USD 8 billion in the closing headline is combined enterprise value, not purchase price.
