Kennedy Wilson and partners acquire One South Market

Kennedy Wilson, Hulic and Fuyo General Lease (USA) closed the acquisition of One South Market, a 312-unit community in San Jose, for USD176 million. It is Kennedy Wilson's fifth Hulic joint venture and first with Fuyo.
