Private Markets Industry Leader Mario Giannini to Retire from Hamilton Lane

Hamilton Lane announced that Executive Co-Chairman Mario Giannini will retire effective March 31, 2027. He joined in 1993 and served as CEO from 2001 to 2023. He remains with the firm until the announced retirement date.
