UBS Asset Management sale of O'Connor to Cantor Fitzgerald

UBS Asset Management (Americas) LLC agreed to sell O'Connor's going-concern investment strategies to Cantor Fitzgerald. The sale closed in three stages on 31 December 2025, 1 February 2026 and 31 March 2026. Some retained strategies were excluded for wind-down, and a UCITS transfer remained subject to approvals in the March disclosure. Transaction consideration was undisclosed.
