PensionDanmark Ejendomme and CapMan Real Estate formed their first joint venture to develop 496 homes in Rødovre’s Gartnerbyen. Five development sites were acquired from A. Enggaard, which is also the main contractor. No investment amount or ownership split was disclosed.
