Aviva completes £300 million Elementis pension buy-in

Aviva announced a £300 million bulk purchase annuity buy-in with the trustee of the Elementis Group Pension Scheme, covering the benefits of 4,500 members. The transaction completed in May 2026. Aon led advice to the trustee and Squire Patton Boggs provided legal advice. This was an insurance risk-transfer transaction.
