NatWest completes acquisition of Evelyn Partners from Permira and Warburg Pincus

NatWest announced completion of its acquisition of Evelyn Partners, effective 30 June 2026, following the sale agreement announced by Permira and Warburg Pincus in February. The transaction had a GBP 2.7 billion enterprise value. This is the value of the acquired business, not proceeds attributable to Warburg Pincus.
