Clearwater confirms completion of Permira and Warburg Pincus take-private
Warburg Pincus →Clearwater announced that its acquisition by a Permira and Warburg Pincus-led group had completed. Francisco Partners supported the deal and Temasek participated. Clearwater shares ceased trading on the NYSE; no investor-specific ticket or ownership is asserted.
