Agreement to sell Consolidated Precision Products to GE Aerospace

GE Aerospace agreed to acquire Consolidated Precision Products from Warburg Pincus and Berkshire Partners. Closing was expected in the second half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions. No completed exit or investor-specific proceeds are recorded.
