Agreement to sell WildFire Energy to Magnolia Oil and Gas

Warburg Pincus and Kayne Anderson agreed to sell WildFire Energy to Magnolia. The announced headline price was approximate and covered the whole acquisition; no Warburg Pincus proceeds are asserted. Magnolia subsequently confirmed completion in its 10 September 2026 release.
