Paradigm announced a buyback of BlackRock LTPC's stake, returning majority control to surgeons and management. Warburg Pincus Capital Solutions Founders Fund led backing alongside Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Sixth Street. Financial terms and individual investor stakes were undisclosed.
