Warburg Pincus acquisition of Integrace

Warburg Pincus announced its acquisition of Integrace, an Indian formulations company focused on orthopedics and gynecology. The release says True North and Temasek will fully exit. Rehan Khan was named incoming CEO. Financial terms and an exact closing date were not disclosed.
