CalPERS promotes Justin Scripps to managing investment director for global fixed income

CalPERS announced Justin Scripps' promotion to managing investment director for global fixed income. He had most recently served as an investment director in private debt, managing asset-based finance, direct lending and specialty lending investments. Chief Investment Officer Stephen Gilmore said Scripps would help guide the fixed income team during the transition to a Total Portfolio Approach.
