Partners Group holds first close of fifth real estate secondaries program

Partners Group announced a first close above USD 650 million for its fifth real estate secondaries program, which targets USD 1.5 billion. The program includes a closed-end fund, bespoke mandates and other vehicles allocating to the same strategy. Those aggregate commitments and target are not assigned to an individual legal fund.
