Partners Group agrees to tender Żabka shares to Couche-Tard

Partners Group and other shareholders agreed to tender all their Żabka shares into Couche-Tard's planned offer. The announced total equity value belongs to the entire target, and is not recorded as Partners Group's proceeds. Completion was conditional at announcement.
