Partners Group agrees majority acquisition of AVK Power Solutions

Partners Group agreed to acquire a majority stake in AVK Power Solutions on behalf of clients. It planned to invest over USD 1 billion of equity to accelerate growth, supplemented by debt. An exact consideration and completed closing were not disclosed.
