ADIA subsidiary becomes a minority shareholder in Sapiens

Sapiens announced that a wholly owned ADIA subsidiary had invested in the company and become a significant minority shareholder. The investment followed Advent's earlier acquisition and accompanied Sapiens' expansion of its AI strategy for insurers. Neither the investment amount nor ADIA's ownership percentage was disclosed.
