Harbour P/S, comprising PensionDanmark Ejendomme, ATP Ejendomme and By & Havn, proposed 240 homes on Langelinie. The housing and associated Lodshusene office projects awaited a new local plan at announcement. No individual investor amount or ownership percentage was disclosed.
