Wells Fargo agrees USD 750 million Corporate Trust Services sale to Computershare

Wells Fargo agreed to sell its Corporate Trust Services business to Computershare for an announced USD 750 million. The business provides trust and agency services for debt securities. Wells Fargo Securities advised the seller. Computershare expected approximately 2,000 employees to transfer with the business.
