Trimont completes acquisition of Wells Fargo commercial mortgage servicing business

Trimont announced completion of its acquisition of Wells Fargo’s non-agency third-party commercial mortgage servicing business. Approximately 700 Wells Fargo employees joined the combined servicing platform. The transaction followed the August 20, 2024 agreement. The release did not disclose purchase consideration.
