Fubo and Disney complete Hulu + Live TV combination

Fubo and Disney announced completion of their business combination on October 29, 2025. Disney held approximately 70% of the combined company and existing Fubo holders approximately 30%. Wells Fargo was lead financial adviser to Fubo. Fubo and Hulu + Live TV continued as distinct consumer offerings. No undisclosed aggregate purchase price is inferred.
