SmartStop prices public offering at USD 30 per share

SmartStop priced its public offering of 27 million common shares at USD 30 per share, with an option for 4.05 million additional shares. Wells Fargo Securities was a joint bookrunning manager. Final gross proceeds after the later full option exercise are recorded separately from these base pricing terms.
