Firefly prices follow-on public offering at USD 48 per share

Firefly priced a follow-on public offering at USD 48 per share, comprising four million issuer shares and eight million shares from selling stockholders. Wells Fargo Securities was a lead bookrunning manager. The selling holders granted an option for another 1.8 million shares. The scheduled June 1 closing was subsequently confirmed in a June 2 SEC filing.
