Firefly launches follow-on public offering with Wells Fargo Securities as lead bookrunner

Firefly announced a proposed public offering of four million issuer shares and eight million shares from selling stockholders. Wells Fargo Securities was among the lead bookrunning managers. The selling holders intended to provide an option for another 1.8 million shares. Firefly would receive no proceeds from shares sold by the selling stockholders.
