Firefly files second revolver amendment increasing capacity to USD 305 million

Firefly’s quarterly filing disclosed a second revolver amendment effective April 3, 2026. The amendment added USD 45 million of commitments and brought total capacity to USD 305 million, with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as administrative agent. Maturity remained August 8, 2028. May 4 is the filing date; the agreement’s April 3 effective date is retained separately.
