Firefly prices upsized IPO at USD 45 per share

Firefly priced an upsized IPO of 19,296,000 shares at USD 45 per share. The base prospectus’s gross offering price was USD 868.32 million, excluding the 2,894,400-share option. Wells Fargo Securities was a lead bookrunning manager. The base price is distinct from the USD 998.6 million aggregate offering price later reported after the full option exercise.
