Firefly files for IPO and names Wells Fargo Securities as lead bookrunner
Wells Fargo →Firefly Aerospace announced a public Form S-1 filing for a proposed IPO and intended Nasdaq listing under FLY. Share count and price range had not yet been determined. Wells Fargo Securities was among the lead bookrunning managers.
