Via launches IPO roadshow with Wells Fargo as lead bookrunner

Via launched its IPO roadshow for 10,714,285 Class A shares: 7,142,857 offered by Via and 3,571,428 by selling shareholders. The initial indicative price range was USD 40 to USD 44 per share. Wells Fargo Securities was among the lead bookrunning managers. These were launch terms; later pricing was USD 46 per share.
