Amcor completes Berry Global combination
Wells Fargo →Amcor announced completion of its all-stock combination with Berry Global, effective April 30, 2025. Wells Fargo had advised Berry on the agreement announced in November 2024. The companies combined their consumer and healthcare packaging businesses. The closing release did not state a replacement aggregate purchase price.
