UScellular wireless sale closes at adjusted USD 4.3 billion value

UScellular announced completion of the sale of its wireless operations and selected spectrum to T-Mobile. The USD 4.3 billion closing consideration comprised USD 2.6 billion cash and USD 1.7 billion debt consideration, subject to final adjustment. Wells Fargo advised parent TDS. The closing value differs from the USD 4.4 billion originally announced in May 2024 and excludes T-Mobile’s separate Iowa wireless acquisition.
