TDS supports sale of UScellular wireless business to T-Mobile; Wells Fargo advises TDS

TDS announced support for UScellular’s agreement to sell its wireless operations and selected spectrum to T-Mobile for an announced USD 4.4 billion in cash and assumed debt. Wells Fargo and TD Securities advised TDS. UScellular retained towers and other assets. The subsequently adjusted closing value is retained separately.
