PNC completes FirstBank customer and branch conversion

PNC announced completion of the conversion of FirstBank customers and branches to PNC Bank. The SEC filing states FirstBank legally merged into PNC Bank on June 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. PNC had completed the holding-company acquisition on January 5, 2026. This is the integration milestone following the transaction on which Wells Fargo advised PNC.
