Wells Fargo reports digital banking and Fargo usage milestones

Wells Fargo reported more than one billion interactions with its Fargo virtual assistant since its 2023 launch and more than 33 million mobile active users in February 2026. More than three million Spanish-speaking customers had used Fargo, generating over 160 million interactions. These are product usage measures.
