Saul Van Beurden takes AI leadership and Kleber Santos becomes Consumer Banking and Lending co-CEO

Wells Fargo named Saul Van Beurden to lead company-wide artificial intelligence. Kleber Santos expanded his responsibilities to become co-CEO of Consumer Banking and Lending with Van Beurden. The combined leadership structure formalized cooperation between the banking and lending businesses and gave Van Beurden capacity to lead the bank’s AI work.
