Wells Fargo agrees to sell feeder platform to iCapital and becomes a strategic investor

Wells Fargo agreed to sell its alternative-investment feeder platform to iCapital and make a strategic investment in the company. Terms were undisclosed. The announcement expected closing in the second half of 2020; iCapital’s corporate history subsequently records the acquisition in 2020.
