Swift Current Energy USD 750 million corporate credit facility

Swift Current Energy announced a USD 750 million, three-year corporate credit facility for U.S. energy development. Wells Fargo was a joint lead arranger in the banking group. The dual-tranche facility provides cash and letter-of-credit capacity. An optional USD 250 million accordion could increase capacity to USD 1 billion; the reported facility is USD 750 million. Wells Fargo’s individual commitment was not disclosed.
