Aramco completes Jafurah deal with GIP-led consortium

Aramco completed its $11 billion Jafurah lease-and-leaseback investment agreement with a consortium led by GIP-managed funds. Investors included Hassana Investment Company, The Arab Energy Fund and Aberdeen Investcorp Infrastructure Partners. Jafurah Midstream Gas Company secured development and usage rights over gas-processing facilities and leased them back to Aramco for 20 years. This completed the transaction first announced in August 2025.
