BlackRock launches LifePath Solutions for retirement plans

BlackRock launched LifePath Solutions, a customizable target-date design framework for retirement plan sponsors. The framework uses plan and participant analysis to inform glidepaths and investment approaches, with options across public and private markets, active and index strategies, and guaranteed lifetime income. BlackRock works with sponsors, advisers and consultants to tailor solutions to workforce characteristics. This is a product framework launch; the announcement does not establish a new fund's closed size or an LP commitment.
