Dainese issues EUR 25 million additional senior notes due 2028

Dainese issued EUR 25 million of additional senior notes due 2028 to multiple existing noteholders. The notes were issued under existing facilities and rank alongside the company’s other senior secured notes due 2028. The 22 July notice did not name individual subscribers or their allocations.
