Carlyle issues USD 800 million of senior notes due 2035

Carlyle’s current report confirms issuance on 19 September 2025 of USD 800 million aggregate principal of 5.050% senior notes, maturing on 19 September 2035. Interest is payable semiannually on 19 March and 19 September, beginning March 2026. The offering had been priced on 16 September at 99.767% with a 5.080% reoffer yield. These are corporate debt terms; the principal is not AUM or an investment allocation.
