Stonepeak completes acquisition of Forgital

Stonepeak completed its previously announced acquisition of Forgital on 30 June 2025. Carlyle had agreed to sell the aerospace and industrial components manufacturer in December 2024, having invested in 2019. Stonepeak also appointed John Slattery as chairman of Forgital’s board. Financial terms were not disclosed.
