Cygnet and Kiwetinohk announce completion of their arrangement

Cygnet and Kiwetinohk announced completion of Cygnet’s acquisition of all Kiwetinohk common shares on 18 December 2025. The agreed price was CAD 24.75 per share. The October agreement had identified Carlyle and NGP funds as principal funding providers, with Carlyle becoming a Cygnet investment partner. The announcement expected TSX delisting on 19 December; that expected date is not treated as a confirmed delisting.
