The Very Group announces Carlyle ownership
Carlyle Group →The Very Group announced completion of a transaction making Carlyle its owner, with IMI continuing as a key stakeholder. The transaction ended the Barclay family’s involvement and strengthened the digital retailer’s capital base. Ownership percentage, transaction price and an earlier signing date were not disclosed.
