AlpInvest Successfully Closes $1 Billion Collateralized Fund Obligation Offering

AlpInvest closed a $1 billion collateralized fund obligation, its second securitization. The offering exceeded an initial $800 million target. It includes exposure to four AlpInvest-managed funds and two secondary transactions involving LP interests. This is a securitization amount rather than AUM or a fund closing.
