Carlyle acquires Kyoden

Carlyle announced its completed acquisition of Kyoden, a Japanese manufacturer of printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. The investment supports manufacturing development and international expansion. Acquisition terms and exact ownership percentage were not disclosed.
