Carlyle provides €250 million strategic capital for Sanoptis
Carlyle Group →Carlyle committed €250 million of preferred equity to European ophthalmology platform Sanoptis. Groupe Bruxelles Lambert remains the majority owner. The strategic capital supports expansion and acquisitions. The instrument is preferred equity, not a loan.
