Carlyle closes acquisition of SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE
Carlyle Group →Carlyle announced completion of its acquisition of SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE following the voluntary public cash takeover offer. Equity came from Carlyle Europe Partners V. The initial investment agreement was announced on 23 December 2024; the acquisition closed in April 2025.
