Carlyle, SK Capital Partners and bluebird bio Amend Merger Agreement

Carlyle, SK Capital and bluebird bio amended their merger agreement on 14 May 2025. Shareholders could choose either the original $3 cash plus a contingent $6.84 per share or $5 cash without the contingent right. This change supersedes the original terms for shareholders electing the new cash alternative.
